Integrated Deicing Services (IDS) is hiring a Recruiter for our Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) location.

The Inland Group of Companies is comprised of IDS, Inland Technologies, and Quantem Aviation Services. We offer a full range of airport and airline services, from aircraft deicing and spent ADF recovery to cargo and passenger handling. POSITION OVERVIEW:
IDS is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to keep up our level of commitment to safety and operations. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for all potential hires for the assigned station, work with the hiring manager to interview and select the right candidates for the job, work with the Corporate HR Team and manage locations ATS. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and staffing for the assigned station.
- Manage the applicant lifecycle from sourcing candidates to the application and interviewing process to the offer letter and onboarding.
- Utilize operational analysis, trending, benchmarking, and research to support leadership and your manager with projections for staffing/personnel needs
- Utilize metrics analysis to show turnover, retention, etc.
- Participate in school vendor fairs, state and national conventions, and other events as necessary, travel as necessary.
- Interview and follow-up with the hiring manager on the potential fit of those candidates who meet their job requirements and preferences.
- Maintain a future candidate pool for the station when currently at the correct capacity.
- Track results of recruiting sources/efforts and produce associated reports upon request.
- Monitor industry methods of recruiting and retention to include business intelligence on competitor offerings to prospective drivers.
- Work with Corporate Recruiter to develop and maintain a Workforce Staffing Plan for the assigned station.
- Work with the Corporate HR Team to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 to 5 years of Recruiting experience is preferred.
- BS in Business or related study preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and be self-directed
- Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Excellent people skills, able to manage and motivate.
- Thrives working independently, but must be able to work in a team environment on projects.
- Must have knowledge in Human Resources.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- HS Diploma or completion of GED and professional experience.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Successful completion of the required airport badging process and pre-employment drug screen is required.
- Ability to speak English in a clear, concise manner in order to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.
