$650.00 Sign-On Bonus

Pay:  $17.00 / hr  |  Type:  Full-Time Shift:12:30pm-8:00pm

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Quantem is currently looking for Planners to keep up our level of commitment to safety. In this role, you plan the necessary details of mail operations with our customers. Join our team and build a long-term career with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan outbound mail for outbound flights.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of mail.
• Monitor scanning efficiency.
• Complete and submit daily and weekly reports.
• Communicate with Airline personnel.
• Retrieve and enter information from customer and QAS computer-based systems.
• Maintain and retain required documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned by QAS management

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak clearly, and hear efficiently.
• Must routinely lift and/or move up to, in excess of 25/55 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or GED required. 
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass all required background and clearance requirements.
• Successful completion of the required airport badging process and pre-employment drug screen is required.
